Fashion for Good
Content and experience design for the world's first sustainable fashion museum.
WHAT THEY NEEDED
The Fashion for Good Experience had an ambitious brief: create an interactive museum that turned everyday fashion consumers into conscious changemakers — using art, technology, and hands-on activations to make sustainable fashion feel exciting rather than guilt-inducing. The content had to land with visitors stepping in off the street while holding up to scrutiny from the sustainability experts, innovators, and brand partners working in the floors above.
HOW WE HELPED
As Head of Content, I helped shaped the experience design alongside creative partners including museum consultancy Local Projects, fabricators and technologists. I was responsible for translating complex sustainability concepts into visitor-ready content across every touchpoint — from wall placards and digital activation UX, to follow-up email campaigns and opening invitations — a process that involved holding the tension between accessibility and rigor through extensive stakeholder reviews with funders, innovators, and brand partners. Prior to this role, I led Fashion for Good's marketing, communications, events and digital strategy through its pivotal first year of operations.

“Reconsidered’s high level of B2B and B2C communications expertise and deep knowledge of the sustainability and fashion spaces were invaluable. I appreciated Jessica’s diligent work ethic; she was always going the extra mile to deliver quality work within the tight timeframes standard in a startup. Plus, she was just awesome to work with, bringing a positive spirit and a collaborative way of working to all of our projects.”
