J.Crew Group (J.Crew, Madewell, and J.Crew Factory) needed a reporting partner who could meet them where they were. Some years that meant leading major strategic shifts — evolving the overall impact strategy, consolidating two brand-level reports into one. Others, it meant a leaner engagement: sharp editorial eyes on content the internal team drafted, keeping quality high without duplicating effort.

Since 2019, we've supported JCG across the full reporting lifecycle — reporting strategy, stakeholder engagement, benchmarking, gap analyses, copywriting and editing, design production (with Arteri Studio), creative assets that carry the story beyond the report.
