Ashoka's Changemaker Companies program had real impact to show — but lacked clear case studies and a cohesive narrative that made the program's value unmistakable. They sought a strategic partner to bring fresh eyes and help them articulate their strengths with clarity and confidence.

HOW WE HELPED

We proposed building the foundation before telling the stories. A discovery phase — stakeholder interviews, peer analysis, and document review — led to workshops that aligned the team on a clear value proposition and impact narrative. From there, four case studies came to life across three formats: website copy, presentation slides, and a LinkedIn carousel.
