The Sustainability Communications Reset
A three-part live virtual masterclass series to help you navigate the sustainability communications landscape and communicate with confidence
You’re not imagining it — sustainability communications in 2026 is a high-stakes balancing act.
Regulators are tightening the screws, consumers are calling out the fluff and the terms “greenwashing” and “greenhushing” have gone mainstream.
If you’ve been wondering how to still show up, speak up and build trust in this rapidly shifting landscape — you’re not alone.
The Sustainability Communications Reset is a three-part live masterclass designed to help you find your footing in this new era. You’ll leave with the context, frameworks and tools to communicate sustainability claims with confidence — and go beyond claims to build trust and connection with your audiences.

Jessica Marati Radparvar
Founder & Lead Strategist, Reconsidered
Hi, I'm Jess 👋. I'm here to help impact leaders drive bigger, bolder, more sustainable change.
Prior to starting Reconsidered in 2017, I spent over a decade approaching the sustainable business space from a number of different perspectives — as an ESG communications lead at one of the world’s largest apparel companies, as an academic, as a journalist and now as a consultant and entrepreneur.
During this course, I’ll draw from over my extensive experience supporting sustainability communications efforts at leading brands and organizations including Etsy, EILEEN FISHER, Sir Kensington's (Unilever), Target, C&A, Tommy Hilfiger (PVH), H&M, BESTSELLER, JACK & JONES, J.Crew, Madewell, Autodesk Foundation, Fashion for Good, Textile Exchange, Ashoka and the UN Development Programme.
In recent years, I’ve had countless conversations with fellow sustainability communicators asking the same thing: is it safe to say anything about sustainability these days? By the end of this course, my hope is that you’ll be able to confidently answer: yes, and here’s how.
