Who We Are

Reconsidered is multi-cultural, woman-led and remote-first. Our core team works in partnership with a global collective of independent impact experts — a structure that allows us to stay agile and resource-efficient.

As the founder and lead impact strategist at Reconsidered, Jess is motivated by the idea that doing the right thing should be as easy as humanly possible.
